Steps to write down your new year’s resolutions for 2019

The year 2019 is arriving and you are ready for a fresh new start. However, you always hear about new year resolutions but you are not sure where to start.

Here some tips on how to write down your new year’s resolutions for 2019:

1. Leave the negativity of 2018 behind

It is time for a new beginning, time to leave the old behind, and about time to stop repeating the same mistakes that you now know do not work in your favor.

I suggest you take out your first paper and write down all that you want to leave behind in 2018. Have you been in bad relationships, did you have a fight with your family or were you struggling with your study. Anything that does not serve you in the upcoming year 2019, should be left behind. Make this your rocking year!

New year's resolutions 2019

New beginnings can only start when you start realizing that the old patterns do not work for you anymore. With all the eclipses some of it must have come up by now. Write down what you are ready to move on from and then, burn or rip the paper! Doesn’t that feel good?!

2. What health habits do you want to improve?

Are you an emotional eater? Do you feel like you never have energy to go to the gym or do you keep postponing the healthy diet you once were aiming for, now is the time.

Find the reasons why you have not done the things you wished for before. Could it be that you lack of energy or that there is something emotionally that you have been avoiding. Now is the time to clean your slate. Make time for yourself where you can and see if you can replace the bad health habits into healthy ones.

3. Live your dreams!

What have you been postponing? Do you think that your dreams are impossible? Or do you find excuses why you can’t achieve what you want to. Now is the time to dare and move forward into your true potential.

You are the only one that can motivate yourself to do so. If you have been waiting for outside factors to fulfill your dreams, I can tell you, it won’t be delivered at your doorstep. When you want something so strongly, just go for it. What do you really have to lose? You fail? So, oke you failed, now you know you have to try harder or it is not for you(I leave that up to you to decide).

Never trying anything is never knowing it can happen and you can better stay in your house waiting for your life to pass. Or… you make something out of this precious lifetime and you reach for the stars. That is the true difference between people living their dreams and people dreaming their dreams. They think things fail before even trying, successful people think anything is possible! That is the key many are missing, think positive and be optimistic.

4. Acceptance of all

Accept all of yourself, and all that has happened to you, may it be good or bad. We all have to experience obstacles as this is what it means to be human. Learning, failing, achieving is the cycle that we have to go through.

Life, death and rebirth is how we start seeing what we have missed previously. New perspectives that you have been blind to before, appear out of nowhere and there you are, a person with more rich experiences and a wiser soul at heart. It is oke to be sad sometimes or to not be perfect, no one really is. It is up to you to accept all parts of yourself, the yin and yang, the dark and the light, they all fit together perfectly.

Accept that you are beautiful no matter what happens and no matter what you do. You are a miracle living on planet earth and no one can take that away from you. Love yourself for your lacks and your riches, unconditionally.

5. Write down your goals, be specific

Now it is time to write down all your goals. Be specific, write down a mindful plan if you have to. Feel what is right for you, and do not be afraid to ask for your heart’s desire.

Start your sentences with “I am,” “I achieve, ” and “I have,” like it is already within your reach. Write down specific dates that you think are doable for you. Make the list short and compact and start with the things that are easy to achieve and work out the desires that you have to focus on for the long term fulfillment. A list of maximum 10 goals/ achievements should be reasonable.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Can you feel the excitement of the new year of 2018/ 2019? A year with less eclipses and retrograde planets ahead and more speed and moving forward fast.
